Delivery

We use several different delivery methods depending upon the product bought.

Pallet based delivery is done using a local haulier. Our hauliers typically use a 3/5 working day delivery window Monday to Friday. All delivery’s must be signed for. We can provide next day delivery, just add that to your enquiry and our team will get a price for you.

WAITING TIME MAXIMUM 20 MINS PER CONSIGNMENT. Once this time has been exceeded a re-delivery will be required at the cost of the customer.

ANY DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24HRS OF DELIVERY

Returns

We are happy to receive back any items which are deemed unsuitable by the customer. The intention to return product must be advised within 7 working days of receipt. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Upon return, goods will be examined and if applicable, a refund or credit note will be issued less the return carriage cost to Rollstore. Along with the original delivery cost to Rollstore
  • The product to be unused, as new and in sale-able condition.
  • Should the goods be unfit for resale, no refund will be given.
  • Goods will not be accepted back without prior notice.
