Delivery and Returns Policy


We use several different delivery methods depending upon the product bought.
Pallet based delivery is done using a local haulier. Our haulier uses a 5/10 working day delivery window Monday to Friday. All delivery’s must be signed for. Our delivery service is to UK mainland excluding AB,DD,IV,KW,PA 20-78,PL,PH,TD,TQ,TR and islands postcodes.

We are happy to receive back any items which are deemed unsuitable by the customer. The intention to return product must be advised within 7 working days of receipt.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Upon return, goods will be examined and if applicable, a refund or credit note will be issued less the return carriage cost to Rollstore. Along with the original delivery cost to Rollstore
  • The product to be unused, as new and in sale-able condition.
  • Should the goods be unfit for resale, no refund will be given.
  • Goods will not be accepted back without prior notice.
